The ABBA advice that helped shape Neuroemergent
Björn Ulvaeus said it best: “Whatever you’re doing, you have to tell a story.” Here’s how that stuck with me.

As I was prepping for an upcoming review of my EP (super excited to see their perspective!), I stumbled across an old LinkedIn post from my time at SXSW London. Rereading it, I realized how much it shaped the way I approached this project.
I had just heard Björn Ulvaeus of ABBA speak, and his words still echo:
“Whatever you’re doing, you have to tell a story.”
At the time, I wrote about how creativity, technology, and even the future of learning all feel like a playground. Björn called songwriting a kind of alchemy… a process of learning, refining, and refusing to settle for “good enough.”
Back then, it felt like an invitation: don’t wait to get started. Curiosity is the real secret. The kind that pulls you deeper, makes your work catalytic, and lingers long after the last note fades.
Now, months later, that same spirit fuels Neuroemergent. Not perfection, but progress. Not hiding the cracks, but showing the story.
The man who once gave us Dancing Queen is reinventing live music with digital avatars. I’m just trying to reinvent my own voice through a bit of journalpop. 😏
Wishing you an amazing week ahead,
